1. Website usage
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any other person or restrict their use of the website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, upload malicious code, or scrape content without written permission.
2. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, including images, weights, quantities and specifications. However, colors may appear slightly different across devices, and traditional handcrafted items (idols, diyas, brass utensils) may have minor variations from the product image. Such variations are inherent to hand-made items and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing
All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of order placement. Shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
4. Orders
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or when you confirm on the checkout page (for Cash on Delivery).
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a product is genuinely out of stock, or if the pricing displayed had a manifest error.
- In case we cancel your order, any amount paid will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
5. Payments
We accept payment through Razorpay and PhonePe (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery. Payment information is handled by the respective gateway; DivineCart does not store card, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

7. Shipping
Order processing, delivery timelines and coverage are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative; actual delivery may vary depending on your pincode and courier partner availability.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the website — including text, images, logos, product photographs, the DivineCart name and logo, page layouts and code — is the property of DivineCart or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DivineCart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased from us. Our maximum liability for any single order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page with a "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
